John Schultz: European economy is not going into reverse

Europe looks better placed than the US to weather an economic downturn.

Research conducted by IBM indicates a more promising climate in Europe. The study looked at the overall economic picture and at differences between Europe and the US in the adoption of technology. The prospects for IT vendors, systems integrators and consultants, the results suggest, are relatively rosy in Europe.
