Bruce Jackson: ‘marriage’ between AT&T and consultancies

The market for network out-sourcing has broadened considerably as new services have come on-stream. That makes outsourcing an attractive choice for an increasing number of organisations – provided they can find a supplier with the capability to provide all the options they need.

“There is no longer one set formula for outsourcing, and the range of possible variations is very large: many customers have outsourced some element of network requirements,” maintains Bruce Jackson, EMEA Vice President for AT&T’ s Outsourcing and Professional Services Division.
